win 2003下C# 调用ExitWindowsEx 为何不能关机，但可以重启。

关机理由已经屏蔽了，现在关机界面和xp一样，但就是关不了机。调用
DoExitWin(EWX_SHUTDOWN);
DoExitWin(EWX_POWEROFF);

没反应，刚试了 EWX_LOGOFF 也是可以注销的，就关机没反应。

win2003关机需要管理员权限的。

flg你传得是什么？最好是 EWX_FORCE&EWX_SHUTDOWNIf the function fails, the return value is zero. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.

搞定了，怪自已太粗心了，没仔细看。
internal const string SE_SHUTDOWN_NAME = "SeShutdownPrivilege ";
多了个空格。

就是没有权限了。用管理员用户运行程序。 run as administrator或者关闭UAC(User Access Control)试一试。

是不是LookupPrivilegeValue就返回错误了。
