我用jxl 实现了，没用过poi， 楼主就参考一下咯。
类 jxl.SheetSettings  有方法 getFitHeight()  Accessor for the fit height
getFitWidth() Accessor for the fit width  取得合适的高度，宽度

我找过一下poi的document，好像没有类似jxl实现的方法。
