Tomcat 5.5.23 DBCP连接迟

Question

搞了一晚上还不行，网上找半天，一会儿说配置这，一会儿说配置那？在tomcat/conf/servlet.xml里配置<context></context>，然后在web.xml里配置？？？？？？？？？？？
真的很困惑，哪位能帮忙做一个DEMO，脑子乱死了，
还有我说单独下载tomcat admin 图形管理配置，然后把admin.xml放到conf\Catalina\localhost，把admin整个文件夹放到conf\webapps下，
启动TOMCAT 就提示：
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base D:\apache-tomcat-5.5.23\apache-tomcat-5.5.23\server\webapps\admin does not exist or is not a readable directory
真的困惑死了，谁能解解围呀。
