44-charset name
Specifies the HTML character set for this document. The name should be a preferred MIME name as given in the IANA Registry. For example:
C:> javadoc -charset "iso-8859-1" mypackagewould insert the following line in the head of every generated page:
<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">This META tag is described in the HTML standard. (4197265 and 4137321)

^^^^看来真够急，大大快现身。我的方法指定字符集应该可以的，没玩过JP文。
如果还有乱麻，把IE的编码换成UTF-8看看
我的IE的编码设成UTF-8，大部分日文可以显示，就是有一小部分是乱码……
伤脑筋啊……
