关于eclipse中SWT文档的问题

请问一下  eclipse中有SWT文档吗？
有的话在什么地方了　　
我看官网上http://help.eclipse.org/helios/index.jsp?topic=/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/reference/api/org/eclipse/swt/package-summary.html有   
但是在http://www.eclipse.org/swt/docs.php上面文档上说在
The Eclipse Help system contains good solid documentation for SWT in the Platform Plug-in Developer Guide. To get there in Eclipse, select 
Help > Help Contents > Platform Plug-in Developer Guide.
上面可以找到
但是我的eclipse里找不到   
有谁可以告诉我怎样把SWT文档加载进去   
还有就是谁那有SWT API 可以发我一份吗   最好是最新版的谢谢  邮箱[email protected]
