Send AT COMMANDS TO A GSM MODEM USING JAVA

Question

Hello,I do need a program in Java that runs on a PC and where the user is able to send/recieve SMS. (to the PC i have connected a GSM modem through the serial port)So, i will like to know how i can send/recieve AT COMMANDS through the serial port, or if it is possible a program that already does it.Could anybody help me??Thanks you very much!!!
