The ONLINELIBRARY project is to develop a new web-based mechanism that will provide high visibility. The following is the summary of the requirements in scope: • Allow the librarian easily search, borrow and manage book, urge book return. • Allow common user easily search, pre-borrow book, add criticize, and recommend new book.
