请问在linux下如何让浏览器找到jre，或者java plug in？在windows中可以在控制面版的java plug in 中设置

if your web browser installed in /usr/local/netscape, then you can search that directory, you will find a subdir name like /usr/local/netscape/plugin(i am not sure). then when you download a jdk, it should include java plugin for netscape(may be other web browser), let say it's name javapluginfornetscape (i am not sure either), after you install this jdk you can find this plugin file ,then copy to /usr/local/netscape/plugin, the final step is let the browser use java plugin. in netscape <<Edit>>==> <<Preferences>>.
