static Vector downDrug2,drugSort2;  
改成
static Vector downDrug2 = new Vector();
static Vector drugSort2 = new Vector();

那为什么  for(int i = 0;i < downDrug.size();i++)
            downDrug2.add(drugSort.get(i));
就没有出错呢？
