JSP留言板放在服务器上的问题

把一个JSP留言板程序放在国外的一个免费的服务器上，怎样才能在页面上显示数据库中的内容，数据库是access（所有内容已经上传），而且其中savenote.jsp在提交的时候也有点问题，程序很小，哪位好心人帮忙看看，弄好之后请在留言板上留下在哪个地方改过，是怎么改的，谢谢！
