用表单或URL传递中文变量时，收到的是乱码，怎么办？

如果你是用tomcat平台,要使用
String str = new String(request.getParameter("xxx").getBytes("iso8859_1"),"gb2312");
进行转换,就可以得到正确的中文了

再在每个页面都加上request.setCharacterEncoding("gb2312");这样就不用转了，方便。
