jsp+FormulaOne

用jsp+FormulaOne做报表，前台用formula   one的控件F1Book1.Write（）方法把报表另存为excel。
测试机   win2000   和   win2003   多台。   发现有的机器可以另存为excel，有的机器不能另存为excel。
报错如下：
the   property   or   method   is   not   available   while   running   under   safe   mode 不知道是什么原因？如何设置操作系统或者ie浏览器   才能要所有机器支持这种控件方法？
