sql树形查询，要求返回最高父节点信息，用用户自定义函数

Question

有这样一组数据：
fseq     fjobid                fcseq
999159   XAMK0711-002库尔勒-P  null
999334   XAMK0711-002库尔勒-P1 999159
999335   XAMK0711-002库尔勒-P2 999334
999336   XAMK0711-002库尔勒-P3 999335
我想用嵌套自定义函数做，当我输入参数999336的时候返回最高父节点fseq:999159,就是去找最高父节点，如何输入的是父节点本身那就返回自己的fseq,请高手帮忙,谢了！
