比较同一表内数据差异

Question

id   type  title price
1     2       a      2
2     2       b      3
3     3       3       3
4     2        b      2如何比较 相同 type 下最近两条记录 是否有改动？  id =4 ，2 这两条就是有改动的。。怎么用sql 取出来。。
