This is a long-term position for business system developer in Scientific Games China. The main responsibility is to look after instant tickets data management system development, which will be handed over from over-sea development center to China.Key Accountabilities:1.      Perform development/customization for ITDMS (Instant-Ticket Data Management System) and related systems according to requests from internal/external customers.
2.      Communicate with internal/external customers to understand system related changes; manage the CR process; generate functional and technical specs.
3.      Provide 3rd tier support on ITDMS to internal support team in China.
4.      Collaborate with Vienna system team on ITDMS related change requests: understand necessary CSW (central software) changes; perform unit test, regression test and integrated test.Required Qualifications:Experience:
At least 2 years’ software development experience; experienced in software engineering principle and practice; ERP or other transaction system experience as a plus. MNC background preferred.
Degree:
Bachelor degree in computer science or other related areas
Professional Certifications:
Advanced knowledge in Oracle, PL/SQL development, Oracle forms / reports. HP OpenVMS background as a plus.
Language:
Fluent English skills for written and spoken
Interpersonal Skills:
Fast learner, passionate, responsible and good communicator.
