使用plsql创建数据库时总是出错

我使用system用户登录plsql，想重新再建一个数据库 create database student ，运行之后提示错误
“ORA-01501:CREATE DATABASE 失败，ORA-01100:数据库已装载”，请问这是为什么？

    不是吧。
    你都登陆到数据库里去了还创建什么。
    是不是想创建个用户，用create user看看

    最好把信息 都贴出来。你先试一下把initTestDB.ora中的service_name   改一下。看行不行。

    If you wish to mount the databASE, shutdown the instance and then startup the instance and retry the operation.  1。先关闭数据库，然后重新试试；2。报错的原因是因为数据库已被加载
