英語水平不好,請大家 help!!!急急

this database us currently down,to start up the database,reconnect
as  sysdba,select the database object undermeath instance,and change
the database to an open state in the general page of the database 
property sheet .
                  這個提示我看不懂是什么錯誤和產生的原因是什么??
