ODBC连接ORACLE出错

客户端工作站要访问ORACLE数据库的话都的安装ORACLE客户端组件
我单位所有的机都装了,通过ORACLE的开发工作DEVELOPER访问数据库都没问题,但通过ODBC连接访问的话,有些机会报错,说缺少了组件,有些机又不会
不管那种操作系统都会出现这样的情况，就是有些机无问题有些机不行,
具体报错是:
The Oracle(tm) client and networking components were not found.
These components are supplied by Oracle Corporation and are part of
the Oracle Version 7.3 (or greater) client software installation.
You will be unable to use this driver until these components have been
installed.
