httpd could not be started

我在CentOS 4.4里安装了oracle 9i, 经过一番痛苦的重做系统，终于成功，貌似一切都好用
http://127.0.0.1:7777
http://127.0.0.1:7778
https://127.0.0.1:4443
都好用，远程访问也可以。
但是，当重起后，手工启动时问题来了：
首先启动数据库，启动成功
然后启动服务器：
[oracle@localhost Desktop]$ $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/bin/apachectl start
/usr/oracle/oracle9204/Apache/Apache/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started检查error.log问题如下：[Tue Jul 10 10:44:13 2007] [crit] (2)No such file or directory: Apache JServ encountered a fatal error; check your ApJServLogFile for details if none are present in this file.  Exiting.请问引起这个问题的原因是什么，有没有什么解决办法，因为安装完成的时候可以使用，所以我认为是我启动数据库肯能有问题？
