d我没试成功，那大概是我记错了。
这样答案很可能是a和b了，因为我记得有一种说法，用group by时会有一个缺省的排序的，但这好象跟版本有关。我比较了一下9.0和9.2关于group by clause的说明，9.2里面多了一句话，The GROUP BY clause groups rows but does not guarantee the order of the result set. To order the groupings, use the ORDER BY clause.
