oracle9i中用户登录出现ORA-00942错误

I think the connection is successful , just you can not use some feature of dba stdio because some information is from system view which is not accessable from normal user .

一、在添加用户时，如果你只给了connect和resource两个权限的话是无法通过dba　stdio进行登录的，但决对可以通过sqlplus进行连接，因为你要知道管理员和普通用户的区别，可你说已经给了DBA权限，那么我认为应该可以连接。可就算不能连接你说的出错是信息我也觉得有问题。所以希望你能把你的操作过程说清楚一些。
二、在数据库服务器上，以sysdba连接身份进入数据库的话，是不会检测用户名和
密码的，即便你上面什么也不添也可以照样进入
