VBO-4562:无法删除表.ORA-00054:资源正忙,要求指定NOWAIT.

是这个表锁的问题，提交事物COMMIT，ROLLBACK；
在删除。。

我通过SQL PLUS以上命令都试过了,没有作用。
不知为何？

KILL SESSION 尝试一下。
要不就等数据库自己回滚这个事务吧
