你应该提供完整的TRC错误
查询下object_id=65831是什么，然后决定处理方案.如果一些特殊的对象，可能要屏蔽smon回滚，然后再决定处理。你的错误是因为smon在回滚这个对象的时候，因为回滚段中的某种异常，异常导致smon down了，从而使得数据库donw了。大家回答问题，请认真分析，不要随心所欲，误导人。找个blog连接，不结合实际情况就直接说方案
