get_magic_quotes_gpc

大虾们，请教个问题哈。我的php.ini中有关post/get数据中包含引号、反斜线自动转义的设置为; Magic quotes for incoming GET/POST/Cookie data.
magic_quotes_gpc = Off; Magic quotes for runtime-generated data, e.g. data from SQL, from exec(), etc.
magic_quotes_runtime = Off; Use Sybase-style magic quotes (escape ' with '' instead of \').
magic_quotes_sybase = Off，可是我不明白函数get_magic_quotes_gpc()的输出居然为int(1)，为啥呢，不应该是int(0)吗？求解答。
