获取网页中全部超链接

现有一个网址，如：http://www.163.com
我想要得到其中的全部超链接，请问如何写程序呢   我要得到全部url如连接为相对路径（/about.php）我想要的结果是http://www.163.com/about.php

这个要用正则表达式  
或者你用fiddler  你可以看到所有的请求

//然后自己循环读取数组即可

获取url后再分析，看是绝对路径还是相对路径呀
