file_get_contents() [<a href='function.file-get-contents'>function.file-get-contents</a>]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(E:\/images/mail/neworder.html) is not within the allowed path(s): (E:/web/)
出现这个错误 系统环境是win7 apache_2.2.8-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8g+mysql 5.0.22 在php.ini 里面关闭打开open_basedir都不起作用 在vhost里面  php_admin_value open_basedir "E:/web/" 加了这个 也是不行 无法访问 仍然报上面的错误?请高人指点一二
