用php可以做个邮箱进行发送邮件
而邮件发送人的地址可以自定义，并且能发送成功

关键问题不是代码，而是要看你发邮件用的smtp服务器让不让你这样发，你自己建个smtp服务怎么发都行
我去试试。。
在.NET里用SYSTEM.NET.MAIL貌似还真不允许
