重新装了下MYSQL，phpmyadmin连不上mysql？

我的机子里装的是wamp安装包，我把里面的mysql数据库卸载了，重新装了下mysql数据库，dos环境下可以连的上，在phpmyadmin就无法连上mysql，phpmyadmin里面的config.inc.php这个配置文件是这样子的
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['host']          = '127.0.0.1'; // MySQL hostname or IP address
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['port']          = '';          // MySQL port - leave blank for default port
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type']     = 'config';    // Authentication method (config, http or cookie based)?
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['user']          = 'root';      // MySQL user
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password']      = '';     
用户名是root,密码为空的,就是无法连上，请问高手哪里的配置文件还需要改啊
