想自学php apache oracle 请问配置如何配置？？

先要问在windows还是在linux下配置这样的环境？

先安装ORACLE,重启机器。
然后修改PHP.INI文件";extension=php_oci8.dll"改成“extension=php_oci8.dll”
重启APACHE
