系统重装，编译以前写的程序提示“找不到工程或库”怎么办？

系统重装，编译以前写的程序提示“找不到工程或库”，原先的程序用了CRYSTAL REPORT 8，
错误提示后，跳到引用窗口，蓝色醒目条停留在：
Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects Recordset 2.8 library上，
其定位是：
c:\program files\common files\system\ado\msador15.dll
我把前面的勾去掉，然后点“浏览”选中此文件，然后编译执行还是出现同样的提示。然后我把勾去掉，再编译，错误停留在
“Dim crporvprn As New ADOR.Recordset”这样一条语句上，
系统又提示：“找不到工程或库”，确定
跳到引用窗口，蓝色醒目条停留在：
crystal report8 activex designer run time library
其定位是：
c:\program files\Seagate Software\Report Designer component\craxdrt.dll
我已经安装了CRYSTAL REPORT8，怎么还有这种提示呢？我该怎么解决呢？
