windows消息和WM_COMMAND消息

Windows消息是发给某个窗口的消息能根据hwnd找到对应窗口的过程函数，那么WM_COMMAND的消息是发给谁的呢？新手请指教

    那如果单文档程序中，菜单单击一次，这个菜单的父窗体是谁？View,Document,FrameWnd都可以接受他啊。不太明白
