make lib

First unpack the compressed source file and the appropriate makefile package for your
compiler: djgpp, bcc32, vc, Linux or general UNIX gcc, or just any general C++ compiler
(the makefile is for gcc, so you may want to change that). Then simply run make lib.我下了个C++库，有.cpp文件，说明上说好像让用make lib命令行，来编辑cpp文件，我在电脑试了一下，make是broland的，因为我既装过VS2008，2005，也装过CB6，所以我想试试别人电脑上只装过VS2008和2005的，结果他们电脑运行make，说没有这个命令，那我怎么搞啊
