编译警告warning C4239，该如何改正

以下程序编译时候，会产生许多警告信息：
warning C4239: nonstandard extension used : 'argument' : conversion from 'class CBigInt' to 'class CBigInt &'
        A reference that is not to 'const' cannot be bound to a non-lvalue请问该如何修改源代码，让这些警告不再出现，又能够保持程序实现原有的逻辑？
