那个错误是啥意思?  设置代理后，在WIN7才会，XP不会~...

是不是调用前没有再次open？看了下MSDN，如下解释：
Important note Important
You cannot call multiple send methods for a single open method. Instead, for each send method, you must call a corresponding open method. For example:osrvXmlHttp.open()
osrvXmlHttp.send()
osrvXmlHttp.open()
osrvXmlHttp.send()
