android4.0 连接webservice的问题

以下连接service的代码在2.3版本中测试没有问题，4.0测试有问题.
百度查到说在 android3.0以后需要在onCreate后加入一段的代码，否则会报socket连接异常的错误  
可是我加上去后调试报“StrictMode cannot be resolved” 求解决办法
