更新Android开发环境后，写程序就没有图标了

自从我更新Android开发环境后，每次写程序运行正常，但是没有图标
模拟器运行显示
[2012-09-08 14:04:09 - Widget] No Launcher activity found!
[2012-09-08 14:04:09 - Widget] The launch will only sync the application package on the device!
而且现在建立Android项目，TargetSDK选的是API8
但是每次建立后manifest文件上显示的是API15不知道是哪儿出问题了，求大侠解答
