关于调试android程序的问题？

因为关闭模拟器之后再编译，需要重新启动模拟器，浪费的时间太多了。
所以我打开模拟器之后就不关闭了。编写代码之后，再按F11或Ctrl+F11但是我修改代码之后，按F11或Ctrl+F11之后，修改的代码并没有编译执行啊。
执行的结果还是原来的，我看了下Console，好像提示：

[2012-02-28 19:18:20 - FlashGo] Launch canceled!这个是怎么回事哪？修改后代码没有被编译运行，这样怎么调试哪？总不能每次都关闭模拟器吧。
