出错求帮忙

Question

我用的是Eclipse，运行project出错，The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.
You must restart adb and Eclipse.
Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'E:\setups\android\android-2.1_r01-windows\tools\adb.exe' and can be executed.
网上的方法基本都用过了，但是还是没有用，比如说什么restart abd.exe,将adb.exe移动到tools下，配置环境···
都不行啊，用Help下面的Check for update ,下载时又出错Transfer Exception
Timeout while reading input stream，
求高手帮解决

关闭eclipse -> 启动任务管理器 -> kill adb进程 -> 断开手机与电脑的连接 -> 启动eclipse -> ok.

结束ADB进程，然后重新启动andorid虚拟机或者重新连接手机就可以了。
