'sms pdu <hexstring>' allows you to simulate a new inbound sms PDU
(used internally when one emulator sends SMS messages to another instance).

这个hexstring的格式我不太清楚.请各位了解的大神们给点儿经验.
我是按照协议规范拼的PDU,是这样发的,但debug的程序没反应:
sms pdu 0605043E8023F00106080302030EAF029026.........
