网络上有说一种叫做  网络抓包的 方法  用这种方法可行吗

不是太懂  这个是固定了 url  然后 如果有下载这个 url 才能知道的吗 
 我想知道的是  如果是 别人的程序   我们不看代码什么的
能不能通过他发送的数据报 什么的  截取下来  然后分析 url
