构建gerrit server 遇到Permission denied (publickey)错误

构建gerrit按照Installation Guide操作，数据库使用默认的H2，使用ssh-keygen -t  rsa 、ssh-keygen -t  dsa生成了公钥和私钥并添加到网页http：//localhost：8080/上setting -> SSH Public Key ,我想用ssh -vv -p 29418 localhost gerrit create-project --name new/project添加一个工程，出现Permission denied (publickey)错误，详细的log如下：
