eclipse连虚拟机问题

eclipse连虚拟机运行项目时，就弹出下面错误代码

[2011-03-28 13:41:29 - SMS] The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.
[2011-03-28 13:41:29 - SMS] You must restart adb and Eclipse.
[2011-03-28 13:41:29 - SMS] Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'D:\Work\Mobile\Android\M9SDK_windows_beta-0.1.20110126\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed.必须要断开网络才能运行项目，，请问高手有什么解决办法么？
不想断网啊，，，

我偶尔也会出现这种情况，DDMS上有个reset adb菜单，或重启模拟器。
