为什么总是运行到
sendBroadcast(boradcastIntent);//这里
就意外停止的？？？
但是如果把下面这句改了（任意值），就没问题了
private final String ACTION="com.example.servicetest";好像是和XML那里注册有关，但是找了很多Demo来对比都无法找出问题在哪里
求助！！！

    如果你是在AndroidManifest.xml里面注册的广播，建议单独写一个BroadcastReceiver的类，不然你写的
    <receiver android:name=".SerSocketKeeper">
                <intent-filter android:priority="0">
                    <action android:name="com.example.servicetest"/>
                </intent-filter>
            </receiver>
    根本找不到.SerSocketKeeper这个广播接收器的

    SerSocketKeeper是一个内部类，想在Manifest里面注册的话要这样写：

                    <action android:name="com.example.servicetest"/>
                </intent-filter>
            </receiver>
    这样注册的话SerSocketKeeper要定义成静态类，静态类是没有MainActivity的context的，所以不能使用mHandler，除非mHandler也定义成静态的。
    楼主需要在代码里注册广播接收器，代码帮你改好了：
