真机Nexus4，adb shell 问题：device not found

我的手机坏掉了，按这个方法救http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2347060
现在是已经可以启动了，接下来该用adb了，
结果，总是 
D:\My Documents\Downloads\adt-bundle-windows-x86-2013
