为什么我每次在Eclipse中点运行，都会新启动一个模拟器？

dbms 中是否显示 模拟器连接着。
api对不对
还有启动配置是否是每次都启动一个新的模拟器

logcat这样显示是因为端口号被占用，为什么会这样，不能识别已存在的emulator，不懂，，，

应该是掉线了，单独重启下模拟器 选中devices,再Reset adb，一般一会就好，很少情况会需要重开一个模拟器。

奇怪了，我通常要反复运行很多次才能在模拟器中运行APP……

首先，开启模拟器要半个小时就是个错误，下面的文章可以解决这个问题

这种情况有可能是ADB没有查到已经有设备打开了，你用 adb devices 看看一下有没有设备列出，如果没有就把ADB线程结束，然后重新启动ADB，当ADB可以列出设备时就好了。
