但是在4.4的设备上，系统自带的浏览器可以调用openFileChooser()，可以实现上传图片我也遇到这个问题，不知道现在有木有什么好的解决方法

google 真奇葩。。本身就是不想写文件上传部分的代码。用openFileChooser蛮方便的。。结果4.4 不能用。这样的话，可以页面内写js 脚本进行交互。郁闷。
