6.0手机,开启WiFi热点报错InvocationTargetException。把targetSdkVersion 改成22 可以打开  23不行    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />

    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />

    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" />
    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS"/>
    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE" />
权限都加了,而且位置权限也给了,GPS也打开了,23还是不行。打开WIFI代码    targetSdkVersion 22 是可以运行的,我就想知道targetSdkVersion 23要怎么样才能运行呢
