同一个目录，FCKEditor能上传文件，但是自己写的代码却提示拒绝访问

网站中FCKEditor能正常上传图片，但是自己写的代码却不行，提示访问拒绝，在本机测试一切正常。
不知道哪位遇到过相同的情况下面是错误代码Server Error in '/' Application.
