Clickonce发布后下载报错，请各位帮忙看看，谢谢！

首先说明一下，这个东西是之前一直就在使用的，只是这次更新了些功能，重新发布以后就出现了这样的错误，总是报那个文件不存在，但我确认过文件就在那里我在一台win server2003的电脑上试了一下可以正常下载，但其他电脑就死活不行
报错信息：can not download the application.the application is missing required files.contact application vendor for assistance
