请求失败或服务没有及时地反应查阅事件日志或其他适用的错误日志细节

在启动sql server agent（MSSQLSERVER）时，报错：
The request failed or the service did not respond in a timely fashion
Consult the event log or other applicable error logs for details。
在网上找过很多方法都没有解决,重装sql server 2008也不行。
请高手解决啊！
